Families on the Farm

This summer, families will explore the Parable of the Sower through storytelling, gardening, play, art, work, and rest. Together, we’ll consider what helps good things grow — in gardens, communities, and ourselves.

Each week focuses on one of the four soils from the parable. Children will engage with the themes through age-appropriate conversations and hands-on experiences that invite curiosity, creativity, reflection, and movement.

Rather than a highly structured program, the morning is designed to offer different ways of participating: working, making, resting, exploring, and playing.
 
 
 
 
As a Family Focused Program, the expectation is that parents and guardians will be present throughout the morning and enjoy the activities together. 

We will need a few adults to assist each morning in the Game, Garden and Goodies (snack) areas. We will contact you with more information based on your selected availbility below.

Attending Children

There will be two age groups rotating through our morning activities.
Please enter your child's name, select their age group, and select the days that child will be in attendance. If you are unsure about one or more of the days, please default to "attending".


As there will not be any intentional programming for children under 2 years of age, you do not need to register them. This group of future farmers are welcome however under the registered adult's direct supervision.
